We always recommend checking with a physician or medical professional before starting any new exercise, supplement or nutrition programme. While these guides were carefully written by fitness professionals, we cannot accept liability for any injuries or problems that may occur to an individual.

We cannot accept liability for any illness or reaction that may occur to an individual due to personal tolerance to specific ingredients. It is the customers responsibility to check the ingredients included are suitable for them. We are not obliged to issue refunds for used products in these cases.


Expected delivery times are given to us by shipping partners, but occasionally parcels are delayed. You must allow additional time for your order to arrive and consult the tracking information provided before contacting us. We are not obliged to issue refunds or reshipments for orders if they are received outside the expected delivery timeframe.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, it is the customers responsibility to contact the courier to arrange a redelivery or collection of their parcel. We will not refund for parcels that are awaiting collection at the post office.

If your tracking information is showing as ‘Delivered’ – but you have not received your parcel- it is your responsibility to check with your neighbours and local post office/courier before contacting customer service.

We are not obliged to issue refunds or reshipments for parcels which are shipped to an incorrect address as a result of incorrect details provided. It is the customers responsibility to check that their shipping details are correct before payment, as amendments are not possible after ordering.

Due to customs restrictions or for other reasons, we do not ship to certain countries. The country list includes: Afghanistan, Algeria, Chile, Cuba, Egypt, Guatemala, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kuwait, Mauritius, Mexico, Morocco, Mozambique, North Korea, Palestinian Territories, Paraguay, Peru, Russia, South Africa, Sudan, Syria & Turkey. If you place an order to a non-shipping country, we will refund your order within 7 days.

Customs charges & seizures

We send thousands of parcels around the world each month and the vast majority will make it to the customer successfully. In some countries additional taxes are added to the parcel, or the parcel is seized by customs.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs charges. You will not be refunded if a parcel is seized. Refunds will only be given if the parcel is returned to us.

If a parcel is held in customs and requires documentation that you cannot provide, our support team will provide this for you. If customs require documentation that you can provide (e.g. proof of identity) – it is your responsibility to provide these to customs.

Due to the large number of countries that we send to and the changing nature of laws, we are unable to keep up to date with every country’s prohibited import list and duty charges.

We strongly suggest that you check your local import laws before ordering to avoid paying any unwanted customs charges.

Note: There are no customs charges for customers in the USA, UK or EU as we ship from within the US and EU.

Resellers Policy

We do not offer wholesale prices or accept any verified online re-sellers of our products. We are an online company who dispatch worldwide, and we only sell directly to our customers. This is to ensure that they are receiving the best quality products, shipping, and customer after-care. As a result of this we reserve the right to cancel any orders if we believe they are intended to be resold online via any platform, including Amazon and eBay.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for any used or opened items.

If you’ve changed your mind and want to return unused and unopened items, you may claim a refund under the following conditions:

  • You contact us within 30 days of receipt for US/Canada.
  • You contact us within 14 days of receipt for UK/rest of the world.

Note you will be refunded minus all shipping and handling fees.

Faulty items:
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please get in touch with us via [email protected] so we can investigate further.

How to claim a refund:

To make a refund claim please send the following details to [email protected]:

  • Address
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

For faulty item claims, please also include photographic evidence of the fault.

Returning items:

  • You must use a courier that requires a signature.
  • We are not accountable for any items lost in the mail.
  • We do not offer reimbursement for return shipping.
  • Your refund will be minus shipping costs .

Please note, we can only refund via the card or payment method you purchased with.
